Love it. Especially the sounds.

This app does it all.

Learned to navigate the app pretty quickly. Nice features, especially for a free app. But I gotta say, an app that asks you to rate it the first time you open it, before youve even had a chance to use it, well, it seems a little desperate.

Once you browse through all of the features, its clearly an awesome and fun app to use. Crashing occasionally is the only con Ive noted in the week Ive been using it.

Pics are great. Easy to use.

The basic info is there but could be more detailed

Seems easy so far. The advanced search should be the primary search. If I knew all of the things asked for in your basic search i wouldnt need this app now would l??

Ive been using this app for several years (full version) and use it as a companion to my birding field book. Depending on the circumstances, it sometimes helps identify species because of the picture or voice gallery. Definitely worth every penny.

I gave a bad rating because calls had stopped working for me. Probably my fault. Anyway, as promised, Ive returned to change the review.

Like it! Did not at first but they have modified it to where it is very user friendly. Nice updates. I like Sibley, but I love having the photos available here. And actually all the info is very good and quickly accessible.

For us, as beginner birders, it really does help us ID birds that we see. Use it all the time.

Since when do I have to be online to use this app? Before, pics, maps, sounds were available without being online. This app is useless in the field! Dont spend the money here! So disappointing.

Love it! Easy to navigate. All the information you could ever want about birding. I adore the sighting section-easy to record, plus the bird calls are a favorite with every kid I know.

The bird calls, with included variations, have been very helpful when the source of a song hides in plain sight. In my primarily urban setting, the mixed deciduous border provides a perfect site for a large variety of mysterious calls. The fun is in discovering which ones send those beautiful wake-up alarms. The photography is stunning. Cant wait to include our playful kids into the mix.
