Really helps me ID birds! I do have a little trouble with posting my sightings, but the main thing I use it for is ID and its always in my phone, fully downloaded.

Bought this back before it was free. Creating an account and/or logging in was not required and could be easily skipped. Now you are required to log in with an account or Facebook. I even tried reverting to version 3.9 but somehow it is still requiring login. This should not be required, particularly for those of us that paid good money for this app!
Its a great app to find birds and listen to sounds and other information. The locate birds in your area is fun. Its our first encounter with this app, so we cant tell about previous versions
Im new to birding, I love the vast wealth of information. My favorites are the different bird songs
Nice app to have. Like list. Only problem is uploading failures.
The new version will not allow me to post my sighting.
With the latest version sign-in is required. With previous version it was not. If I could, I would get my money back for this app. I will be saving pennies to purchase a different bird app--you have real competition for birds. Thankfully. Please leave the "cancel" sign-in option in the wildflowers, trees, and butterflies apps.
As a household name in birding and conservation, Audubon has surpassed all other birding/bird ID apps, with this easy-to-use, user friendly app. It offers all the information and value of a top-notch bird field guide on your mobile phone. Definitely a must-have for birders, naturalists, and anyone interested in nature/biology. - 5 stars.
Excellent sounds!
It was easy for me to identify an American pipit that I saw for the first time in my yard! I like this app.
This is still my "go to" bird app. It is comprehensive and easy.
Very well set up and I like that you can download the packs separately for use offline.
Im new to identifying birds. it has taken me a while to figure out the best way to use the app for me. but now that Im getting the hang of it Im loving it and finally feeling like I will be able to identify more birds. working from what others have found nearby really helps a lot. really good work. thanks
I like almost everything about this app. Its easy to use, contains all the information I generally look for, lots of search options if ones not certain what species they saw, and good photographs for reference; however, NatureShare rarely works for me. It does not log me on or keep me logged in and if it does I have to use backdoor methods to add my sightings anyway. I thought this would improve when I upgraded my operating system; alas, it did not. Major frustration.
Great for those times birding when youre not quite sure and need a quick reference
Since the update, I cannot get the bird songs to play.
Shows all the information Im looking for, including range maps and vocalizations. I use this app all the time.
Why are there not more birds listed? I can hear birds around my house chirping all day but this app lists like 2 sparrows and no other common birds. Whats the point? Dies t help at all
I have used this app at home and while traveling. Of all of the apps I have, this one gives the best descriptions especially when there are several birds that are very similar.
I have several feeders in my back yard and a fairly large variety of birds. Although I am by no means a veteran birder I have been doing it for a long time and enjoy identifying and now recording when I saw certain birds. I have used only a few of the features in this app but it great to have on my iPad and Im really enjoying it this Spring.
