Great for identification, even in here in Newfoundland!

Love the app...much easier to use in my mobile than carrying the physical guide and much more versatile.

Of all the birdwatching apps I have tried, this one is the most functional. It has the entire catalogue of birds to use rather than the lite versions of other apps that do not include the most common birds until you pay for the full version. Gorgeous interface and easy to keep my pics and sightings in one place and share.

So much better with the location services glitch fixed. Love this app. Use it almost daily during migration.

If the version u have works JUST DONT UPDATE. NOTHING GAINED. Can see nearby spotters list, can find specific bird, but try opening ANY BIRD and it crashes. Too bad, it was my fave but back to Petersons if this stays crashing.

Works extremely well and the best identification pictures I have yet seen.

Would be nice to be able to change the language at leat for the birds name

Other than the program shutting down when looking at rare bird sightings when clicking on the bird and saying Prince Edward Point National Wildlife Area is in Kingston (which it isnt) the program really well. The program has a great list of birds with several search options and an excellent collection of male/female/juvenile photographs For the price of nothing it rates a very high 5 stars in my books.

I highly recommend this app to anyone who loves birds or wants to get to know them better. I especially like the hot spot listings for bird spotting. Thank you for a wonderful app.

May 16 Still cant sign in.Please fix whatever is wrong.Beautiful app but impossible to stay signed in.I now have 2 Accounts & cant access either. Just set up 2nd Account because Developer didnt respond to "Forgot Password" I hadnt forgotten but App wouldnt accept my Password. Received email verifying my 2nd Account with new Username,email & Password & I get same msg "Incorrect Password or email" I guess Ill use ibird Pro since Audubon/Nature Share cant seem to fix this.I tried again to contact them & I finally gave up jumping through hoops to prove Im not a Robot!

No flaws so far, definitely the best birding app I have used so far, at least for my level of experience. For beginners, however, I highly recommend Merlin Bird ID. This app is great for all levels of experience, though. Great layout; all North American birds are listed, besides the rare ones; you can decide whether birds are listed in alphabetic or taxonomic order. Great app.

Great photos and maps. Helpful in bird identification. Lets me know what to look for and where. Is NOT integrated with my eBird account.

This app is out of date and wont let me hear any bird calls. Ive tried redownloading 3 times, each still not letting me hear their voices
