Pros and cons of Audubon Bird Guide app for iPhone and iPad

Audubon Bird Guide app good for

I highly recommend that apps for Birds. That is just the best and worth the money you spend.
So much information right on my phone. Im new to birding and I appreciate this app to get me started.
Delightful beautiful and most illustrative of the Beauty of the Creator!
Love the apps, can you fix? I dont have access to my following. Thanks
Incredible app. The search options are beyond expectations. Complete one stop and all you could need or want. Nice work!
I particularly find that hearing the birds helps immensely in identifying the species. With subtle differences in species, the song or call is often the most significant clue. Very useful and excellent user interface. You will be delighted.

Some bad moments

I dont want them to send me any update, information or whatever. Nevertheless they insist in registered users only... That for the app (and other audubon apps) is useless for me
An app that requests anything in exchange for use is not free. My personal information is more valuable than a token fee other apps request.
If the version u have works JUST DONT UPDATE. NOTHING GAINED. Can see nearby spotters list, can find specific bird, but try opening ANY BIRD and it crashes. Too bad, it was my fave but back to Petersons if this stays crashing.
May 16 Still cant sign in.Please fix whatever is wrong.Beautiful app but impossible to stay signed in.I now have 2 Accounts & cant access either. Just set up 2nd Account because Developer didnt respond to "Forgot Password" I hadnt forgotten but App wouldnt accept my Password. Received email verifying my 2nd Account with new Username, email & Password & I get same msg "Incorrect Password or email" I guess Ill use ibird Pro since Audubon/Nature Share cant seem to fix this.I tried again to contact them & I finally gave up jumping through hoops to prove Im not a Robot!
This app is out of date and wont let me hear any bird calls. Ive tried redownloading 3 times, each still not letting me hear their voices
I paid $20 when this first came out. Tried to open app, it is now forcing me to either use Facebook or create an account. I DO NOT WANT TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT! I want my money back
