Great data, everything else seriously lacks functionality!

Unlike similar competitive iPad and iPhone apps, none of this series of apps allows changes to a users "Preferences" for location. Try as I may, I always wind up in Vermont for location and I have never been there. I was eventually able to drag a pin (very laboriously) to get into a general geographic area but never to a specific place. After restarting the app it did not manage to retain the very rough location setting.
